Summary: Joni McGary (of nocollegemandates.com) urges college students in the USA to exercise their right to bodily autonomy.

Make your voice heard’, Joni McGary (of nocollegemandates.com)

Kim Iversen: I must have watched her talk about various issues affecting US society perhaps five or six times, all but once – if I recall correctly – in the form of excerpts of her shows incorporated in other clips. In the case of this particular show, the title chosen by the person who mirrored it [‘COLLEGE STUDENTS Mandated to VAXX & BOOST [Despite the Facts]’] was sufficient to prompt me to listen to Kim Iversen’s interview of Joni McGary, an activist who is campaigning for students’ right to bodily autonomy and to ‘freely choose which medical interventions to receive based on informed consent’.

The ultimate goal of nocollegemandates.com is to put an end to the C-19 mandates in the college setting. Kim Iversen introduces the association and its co-founder as follows:

Well, you might think vaccine mandates are a thing of the past but you’d unfortunately be wrong. Many in this country are still being required to vaccinate: namely, college students around the nation at various universities are being asked to vaccinate and in some cases even boost prior to entering their fall term. It’s unbelievable these are young, healthy peoplewe know now much more about the vaccines; we know that they are not stopping the spreadmany of these college students in fact have already had COVID. Yet they’re being required – if they want an education at the institution that they’ve been accepted to – to be vaccinated. But there are some people that are fighting against this. nocollegemandates.com is an organisation founded by Joni McGary and Lucia Sinatra that is working on ending college mandates across the country and helping parents and students become more informed and giving them resources on how they themselves can have some medical autonomy.

I am not going to quote anything else from this show except for the point Mrs (or Ms) McGary made three times in the course of her interview by Mrs (or Ms) Iversen, which is that students need to speak up, to make their voices heard, otherwise the C-19 college mandates will not end. In a recent interview of Steve Kirsch (a philanthropist turned anti-C-19 vaccine activist) by Stew Peters, I heard Mr Kirsch make the same point, which basically boils down to common sense. However, such encouragement needs to be repeated a sufficient number of times for people to dare to make their voices heard regarding this matter of personal health too – and for (they are not Mrs McGary’s words, they are mine) the (ultimately behaviour-modifying) motto which was unleashed on women in the seventies be also accepted when it comes to vaccination: ‘my body, my choice’. The more so when the injections are experimental and when they might even affect the genetic make-up of the vaccinated or that of their offspring …

(11m08s to 14s)
People, first of all, they need to start making their voices heard. People are afraid to make their voices heard. They’re afraid to stand up. They’re afraid to go against the narrative, particularly on college campuses

[...] but you don’t want to voice your opinion because you’re also afraid because nobody’s doing it, so you don’t. If you speak up, you provide cover for other people to do it. And people aren’t willing to do that [...]

(17m54s to 18m09s)
But what you can do individually, really, is start speaking your mind. Provide others cover. Make it normal to question these things, to get a discussion going. Because other than…, without that, we can’t move forward. Make your voice known to the university [...]
