quote about Satan being a counterfeit of God (see below under The
life of the flesh is in the blood. Leviticus 17:11), I received
a comment amounting to four short paragraphs, two of which I reproduce
below. I guess that topics like the soul, Satan, etc. are bound to
elicit a response from any Christian whose faith is deep enough the
same certainly holds true for a Muslim; interestingly, the term means adversary in Hebrew (https://www.britannica.com/topic/Satan).
I received the comments in an email, so I was able to translate them
from French into English using https://translate.yandex.com
in not more than four or five clicks of my mouse, with a few changes
here and there to the translation provided by this Russian search
engine, but preserving the tone and the syntax of the original comments
in French.
Satan can be neither the counterfeit nor the inverted image of God, he is a creature, he was formed by God himself, because how could a creature or a creation be a deity even inverted or counterfeited of the one who gave him form and life.
