Yesterday, I came across the following address to the European Parliament by an Italian member, Ms Francesca Donato. I had already heard of her name in October of last year, as she was one of the four members of the EU Parliament who had dared to publicly express their opposition to the EU’s implementation of increasingly authoritarian measures as part of a press conference entitled ‘Defending fundamental rights by opposing the misuse of Digital Green Certificate’, held on 20th October from 11:45 to 12:15 in Strasbourg.
Well, on 12th January, Francesca Donato did again prove to her constituents (and to the whole world) that she is of a different calibre than your typical politician or EU MP, this by sounding the alarm over the situation in her country – Italy – as to what she claims is a disastrous handling of the pandemic on the part of Italy’s health authorities, as to Mario Draghi’s presentation of false data, as to the Italian government’s constant demonising of the unvaccinated (de facto creating a dangerous division for the nation), as to what she sees as repeated human right violations on the part of the Italian government and finally she voices aloud some of the concerns that have circulated on the Internet over the actual ingredients of the mRNA inoculations (see for instance the work that the Spanish group called La Quinta Columna has been doing for several months now). Ms Francesca Donato certainly does not mince her words and such a courageous stance can only be commended at a time of stunningly sheepish compliance to the diktats of mostly unelected agents of pure evil (Ursula von der Leyen, Mario Draghi, Bill Gates, Klaus Schwab, etc.).
Please note that the transcript below is as faithful as possible to Ms Francesca Donato’s recent address; as such, I have not corrected or edited any of her sentences because, for once, the message is far more important than the words used to convey it! On the other hand, the words in green and bold do not indicate any emphasis on the part of Ms Francesca Donato: they are words, sentence fragments or full sentences which I wanted to see stand out.

Uh…considering the…uh…seriousness of the situation in Italy right now, I would like to give the floor to my colleague, Francesca Donato, from Italy, thank you.

Thank you very much, Cristian; thank you everybody for listening to us.
I’m here to publicly tell what the mass media are not telling about the very serious and concerning situation that we are living in Italy.
Uh… what’s going on in Italy today is a true health service collapse.
We, we are witnessing uh…uh…uh…increases in, of hospitalisations all over the country.
There are rows of ambulances out of the emergency rooms and the…uh…people left alone in their houses with no public health assistance…uh…that…uh…arrive to hospitals when they are too serious to be saved.
And all hospitals are so crowded with COVID cases…eh…that they cannot afford to give assistance to other illnesses, other…uh…problems.
Uh…the fail of the government and of its strategy to stop the spread of the COVID-19 disease is …uh…masked behind false narrative and false figures about…uh…the percentage of vaccinated and unvaccinated people hospitalised and dead.
Eeh… two days ago…uh…our president, Mister Mario Draghi,…uh…made up…uh…a press conference where he exposed false figures that have been…uh…recognised to be false, evidenced to be false, by the few…uh…journals and medias that are not totally controlled by the government itself, itself.
So…uh…the truth is that there is no difference between vaccinated and unvaccinated people regarding their…um…health conditions and their…uh… being…uh……um…weak in front of the COVID…uh…threat.
Eeh… and besides that, the government is leading on a dreadful and awful hate campaign against unvaccinated people, which is, is fuelling…ehm…a sort of a social division, a deep social division that could even…uh…lead us to a true civil war whose spill-over effect could spread also to other member states.
And the reason for that is that…uh… there is no effectiveness…uh…with the measures that the government has introduced: the COVID certificates have just increased the…eh…infections because of the false sense of security of vaccinated people towards the possibility of being infected and transmit the infections.
So the figures has, have dramatically increased and…uh…uh…in reaction to that the, the government is continuously violating human rights and all the treaties…uh…fundamental values…umm…preventing unvaccinated people to work, to circulate on the country, territory, and to have the, the least, the minimum rights that in a democracy should be assured and secured for everybody.
People in this situation are already managing to run away from Italy.
A minority of citizens, the unvaccinated (which are a small minority now because almost the 90 percent of Italian people are fully vaccinated),…uh…are the minority; this minority is segregated and persecuted by the government for just political reasons.
And I wonder how the EU institution can go on being indifferent to all of that while…uh…the, one of the most important democracies and countries of the European Union is, is living this…uh…dreadful situation.
Um I think that no European government can be exempted from the boundary respect of the rule of law and that the EU Commission and the Council should intervene immediately to…uh…to call for the respect of the rule of law even…uh…towards the president of Italy, Mister Mario Draghi.
Because the feeling among population today is that our president is untouchable and that he has the licence to do whatever he likes to…uh…to obtain the goal of…uuhh…you know…disposing all the stocks of vaccines already…uh…bought in a huge amount – even if they are not effective to the purpose.
Umm…so my, my questions today are the questions that people are asking.
Why are so many people being hospitalised and die in spite of the 90 per cent of Italians being fully vaccinated?
Why the Italian Health Institute [Istituto superiore di Sanità] has not been publishing monthly reports since September 2021?
Why people injured by the vaccines don’t receive any assistance by, from the health, public health service?
And why no compensation is recognised to people who lost their relatives because of vaccines?
[Ms Donato presents a sheet of paper to the camera.] This is the copy of the answer by the Ministry of Health to a man, a Sicilian citizens, citizen, who just presented a compensation claim that is, has been rejected, saying that the…eh…the action is inadmissible…uh…by…uh…, for the reason that vaccines are not mandatory.
But the fact is that vaccines are mandatory…uh…because of express mandates and because of the pass…eh…vaccine passports that have been introduced lately and that forbids people to work, to have a salary, if don’t…uh…obey to this order.
So…eh…why, why transparency is not guaranteed to all of us, to all people.
And, and why most of all, and I conclude, there is no inquiry, no investigation about the ingredients of these drugs because we see on the, we witness on the social media the circulation of strange theories saying that ingredients of these vaccines…uh…are also something that shouldn’t be there.
Uh…there, the Japan government found contamination inside Moderna batches and there is no…uh…inquiry in European Union about the possible contaminations of some batches.
So we ask also for transparency about this issue because public health is really important and must be defended by EU institution by all means.
Umm…please, listen to my call and help Italian people to have proportionate and respectful measures in Italy too.
