On 12th January 2022, hearings of medical and biologist specialists (Professors Luc Montagnier and Christian Perronne, Alexandra Henrion-Caude, PhD, Anne-Marie Yim, PhD, Dr Benoit Ochs) took place in the Luxembourg parliament after several thousand Luxembourg citizens had objected to compulsory vaccination for the citizens of the Grand Duché through the means of a petition. The following excerpt is the hearing of France’s former ‘vaccine policy chief’ (to borrow the UK Column’s nice coinage) and a former top World Health Organisation vaccine policy-maker, Professor Christian Perronne.

Thank you very much, Madam the President, Madam the Minister and Madams and Messieurs the Members of Parliament, I am very honoured to be here today. First of all, I would just like to remind you of my professional experience, in particular that I chaired the Commission of Infectious Diseases of the High Council on Public Health (Commission des maladies transmissibles du haut conseil de la santé publique). I have I advised different French governments for 15 years on the management of health crises and epidemics. I was chairman for years of the Technical Committee on Vaccinations (Comité technique des vaccinations). Given that I presided over France’s vaccination policy, I am not at all anti-vaxx, as some media have said: I am fully convinced of the interest of vaccination. And for several years I was even vice-president at the World Health Organisation (WHO) of the group of experts for vaccines for the WHO’s whole euro area, which is much wider than the European Union because the euro area of the WHO includes Russia, all the republics of Central Asia, Turkey, Israel – that is the greater Europe of the WHO. So that is my experience of both epidemics and vaccination.

I have two main messages to tell you about this crisis. It is that we have flouted science and we have flouted the law. Well, we have flouted science because all the decisions made by our politicians, based on experts – who, unfortunately, as we know now, it is public – have major conflicts of interest with the pharmaceutical industry. When they make decisions on the sly, they provide zero scientific references. I used to know very well Jean-François Delfraissy, the president of the Scientific Council at the Élysée, because I knew him when he was an intern in 1978. And I called him a few weeks ago, I said: ‘Jean-François, we don’t agree, but I would like a two-sided debate because you issue a lot of opinions like that and we don’t know your sources’ and he refused the debate. And that is why I am very comfortable because, you know, I have been fighting in the French media for two years; I have written two books, which have never been contested on a scientific basis. In my books, there are dozens of pages of evidence; everything I say is sourced. I have never changed my mind in two years and no one has corrected me on a single thing I have said – even if the media every day say that I am a conspiracy theorist because that is the only word they have since they cannot find any arguments.

So, therefore, the lack of scientific evidence. Then, when there was so-called scientific evidence, we saw the fraud pile up. Publications in the world’s leading journals that were fraudulent; you all remember the Lancetgate, when they wanted to discredit chloroquine. Well, lobbies paid a team and a journal to release a fraudulent study which blocked everything worldwide. More recently, as we saw in the British Medical Journal, there was the Pfizergate study, which showed that some of the Pfizer studies to secure approval for their so-called vaccines were fraudulent. In France, the media never mentioned it, except for a small insert in Le Figaro. That is quite scandalous; in contrast, when The Lancet came out, all the media were talking about it. There are major conflicts of interest, whether with the experts or with the media. And this is public, it is not fake news, it is not me saying it. The French government, in addition to the tens of millions of euros they give each year to the main media, for the past two years, has given 3 billion euros to the media, 3 billion euros. So the coffers of France are allegedly empty, [but] we give 3 billion euros to the media – that would be a lot of hospitals that could be built.

Next, these products called vaccines. For years I was considered a specialist in vaccines in France, in Europe and in the world. And I think that the greatest scandal of this epidemic is that we were led to believe that these were vaccines. They are not vaccines at all. Moreover, the proof now is we know that they do not work; that they do not prevent you from being contaminated; that they do not prevent you from developing serious forms of the disease – now, the countries that have vaccinated the most, we can see that more than 90% of the people in intensive care are double triple vaccinated; that it does not prevent transmission. This I have never seen…. This is the formal proof that these are not vaccines. So we must stop this delirium of wanting to vaccinate for a disease that hardly kills any more.

Where are the deaths? Well, there are many numbers that have been inflated.

A lot of numbers have been inflated because, with these PCRs amplified above what is scientifically allowed normally, they have inflated the epidemic figures, they have inflated the number of deaths. Because people who came to the hospital for something else, well, if they tested positive, they were said to have died of COVID whereas they died of something else entirely.

Next, what shocked me enormously, as a vaccine specialist, is that it takes 10 years for a normal vaccine to be approved. Furthermore, when I see the scandal of pregnant women, it normally takes 10 years after the final authorisation for market use, for it to be approved for a pregnant woman with enough hindsight. There, in a few months, it was authorised. What shocks me is the absence of scientific studies on the decisions. When our governments say, 3 doses, soon 4 doses, 5 doses, 7 doses – we do not know [how many more] –, there are zero scientific data to support these decisions. What shocks me greatly is that the EMA, the European Medicines Agency, has admitted that – it was last summer – that they had, they did not know the full composition of the vaccines and yet they authorised them.

OK, OK. So, therefore what one may…what we now know officially, according to the databases, is that the vaccine has caused 36,000 deaths in Europe, 25,000 in the United States, including hundreds of athletes. There is an increase in oncologists in the United States – they have shown that there is an increase in cancer deaths following vaccination. And I think the best example is that the countries which have not vaccinated – or which stopped vaccination – are the countries where the epidemic is over. This is very strong, we can see the example of India. And my last word is on the legal aspects. I would say that everything is illegal since, as it was stated earlier, a conditional market authorisation can be granted only upon evidence that there are no effective treatments [on the market]. However, there are hundreds of scientific publications – for example, India and other countries – that show that there are effective treatments. And what is of paramount importance is that we are still in phase 3 experiments and that in international treaties, including the Nuremberg Code, it is totally forbidden to impose an obligation for an experimental product. So every state, every parliamentarian who…who votes for an obligation for an experimental product, they can be personally prosecuted, for criminal offence, in  an international court, for an extremely serious fault, as they are putting in danger the life of human beings. And since we are talking about children, I will end on this point. There are children who are dying from the vaccine. And we now know that those who die from the vaccine are more numerous than those who die from COVID, there are almost 0 deaths from COVID. In my personal circle, I know a 17-year-old girl and a 20-year-old girl who died 8 days after the vaccine of a myocardial infarction. I have never seen anything like that in my career: a myocardial infarction at the age of 20 and for the other pulmonary embolism. As such, I ask you for a moratorium on these products – which are not vaccines, which have not been properly tested, for which we shall have proper test results only in several years from now.
